Danger Zone ...

Sorry it has been so long since my last blog post, but I have been very busy lately!!!  Daddy has been tearing apart the house making room for the new baby, so my daily routine has been chaotic.  Here are some pictures of our "construction site" taken by me using my new camera I got for Christmas!

 First we start each day of hard construction 

work with a hearty breakfast!

 Next you have to make sure to wear protective 

clothing in the construction zone, 

like my protective safety boots here!

 You also need to concentrate and measure

to look like when it's all done!!!

  

Even just taking pictures of all of this is way too much work for me to handle, so I'll leave it all to Mommy and Daddy to figure out!!!

My New Horse, Baby Sophie!!!

Some of you may be surprised to hear that I acquired a new horse the other day.  Her name is Sophie and she's the cutest cuddle baby horse ever, a super sweet 3 yrs old Oldenburg.  I'm starting her rigorous riding training today all by myself since Mommy is still pregnant with my baby sister.  I would rather let Mommy train Sophie for me (since she's so much older and has much more experience), but I guess I'll have to train her all by myself for now ... at least I did learn from the very best!!!

My First Valentines Day Party!

My good friend Nikki helped me throw my first real party (i.e. my parents were away from the house) on Valentines Day.  I invited all friends over and we had such a great time!  Here are some pics of all the craziness that happened ...

The Adventures of Pink & Grey Donkeys

Sometimes my toys have a mind of their own, doing whatever floats their boat.  One day they will be calmly at rest off in a corner somewhere and the next day they will be dressed bizarrely, trampling all about the house.  The two that run a muck the most are my pink and grey donkeys, I think they travel as a pack always up to no good!  Here are some candid shots of them doing who-knows-what ...

Those Crazy Greeks ...

I went to a festival the other day where there was crazy fun dancing music, tasty food, and exciting games, all with a bunch of really great friends.  Here are some picture from my time at the annual Greek Festival ...

I had such a wonderful sleepover at Grandma and Grandpa's last night that I wanted to surprise them this morning.  When I woke up I ran straight for the piano and starting playing a lovely wake-up tune (an original Avery piece), to which they were pleasantly surprised.  I even setup a camera to record myself, the video is below ... enjoy!

Another super neat Christmas gift I've been playing with is my very own camera!  I can now take all the pictures I want and not have to listen to Mommy or Daddy tell me exactly how to treat their precious electronics (or deal with my own photographers that never seem to capture the exact picture I really want)!  Here is just a sampling of my picture taking frenzy over Christmas ...

Oh Boy, Oh Boy, Oh Boy, It's Going To Be a Girl!!!

It's so exciting to know that I'm going to have a perfect little sister instead of some stinky yucky bratty goofy little brother (like my good friend Mathew).  I'm so so excited that I even taped this picture above onto my bedroom wall all by myself.  I look at it every day I get out of bed and wave hi back to her.  She is going to be my best little buddy and we are going to play together all the time.  She is going to be so lucky to have me as a big sister.  I'll show her all my special tricks on how to do everything, like how to get Mommy or Daddy to do exactly whatever I want them to do (it's a very different process for either of them).  I'll even show her all my magic tricks!  And I'll get to teacher her all sorts of neat stuff that I already know.  And I can show her all of my favorite DVDs while we eat ice cream and popcorn together.  We are going to have so much fun together, forever and ever and ever!!!
