Where am I??!!?! And what is a Tron?!!??!
Avery and Mommy playing on Grandma's iPad
I'm not sure about what exactly happened, but I think Mommy and I need help ... pronto!!!
It all started with Grandma's iPad where Mommy and I were goofing around playing games and such. Then as it slowly started to mesmerize me with all of it's amazing colors, sounds, and quick responsive action, all sorts of flashes started emitting from it and I felt this pulling sensation towards this reflective portal that opened up over the screen.
Avery mesmerized by the iPad, slowly
being sucked into the reflective portal
And then the unthinkable occurred ... we were inside the machine!!! We now seem to be digitized into something called the ENCOM mainframe, by the Master Control Program, and are being chased by someone else called Tron!!! Help us ... please!!!

Uncle Scotty's Beach Wedding
Avery, Mommy, and Daddy after a very long road trip
A few weeks ago I went on an awesome beach trip where I even got to meet my one and only cousin Trenton ... I didn't even know I had a cousin!!! I guess Daddy has a brother (Uncle Scotty, Trenton's Daddy) than was having a fancy beach wedding that over doubled the size of their family. Here's a bunch of pictures of the great time I had ...
This was what Cousin Trenton was doing
the first time I met him ...
... so I joined right in with the fun ...
... and then I met everyone else (Uncle Scotty with Trenton
and their new family, Shawna, Kaleb, and Kushaiah) ...
... and then we watched them all get married on the beach ...
... my Grandparents were even there, all excited ...
... we all had so much fun that day
And then the weather the day after the wedding allowed for a super fun beach day ...
Avery and Daddy playing on the beach
(right before Daddy lost his sunglasses in the ocean) ...
... Avery and Mommy playing in a pool just my size ...
... my new friend Aubrey was lots of fun too ...
... but not as much fun as my Cousin Trenton ...
... I had so much fun, I fell asleep right on my feet
(and into Daddy's lap)!!!

Happy Halloween!!!!
(And yes, I know that Halloween was indeed a week ago, but it takes time to make this blog look oh so good ... so follow along now as I run down all the fun I had over my Halloween day activities.)
First there was a long ride out to the pumpkin patch ...
Then after the pumpkin patch, it was time to spill some pumpkin guts and make some jack-o-lanterns ...
Next, I got dressed up and ready to go trick some strangers into giving me tons of treats ... take a wild guess what I dressed up as!!!
Below is a video that started off the night (listen for my favorite phrase right at the end) ...
So after much, too-much candy, fun, and excitement, it was time to come home and go to bed. After telling Scrappy and Scout-No all about the night, as I undressed and jumped into my pjs, I heard this light scratching at my bedroom door. As I slowly opened the door, there stood a silly Scout-No licking her chops for some of my treats. Maybe next year she can come with ...
First there was a long ride out to the pumpkin patch ...
Avery at the pumpkin patch with Mommy to search
for just the right size pumpkin ...
... and I happen to find just the right one
when all of the sudden ...
... a bunch of crazy goats busted loose and started running
all around and making tons of trouble ...
... until I got them all to calm down by sharing
some of my snacks with them ...
... and then I corralled them back into their animal pens
and rang a bell to let everyone know that it was
safe to come back out now.
Then after the pumpkin patch, it was time to spill some pumpkin guts and make some jack-o-lanterns ...
Avery starting the messy process of converting
pumpkins into jack-o-lanterns ...
... with some help from Mommy and some sharp knives
(since Daddy was too busy taking pictures) ...
... and thus, ta-da ... Mr and Mrs Howl-la-ween pumpkins!!!
Next, I got dressed up and ready to go trick some strangers into giving me tons of treats ... take a wild guess what I dressed up as!!!
Avery excited to be dressed as a ...
... Fairy Princess!!! ... especially because Shannon is dressed up
as a Fairy Princess as well ....
... and there goes Avery and Shannon loaded up into their
Fairy Princess Chariot to start Trick-or-Treating ...
... Daddy even attempted to dress up by wearing his
"Iron Man" superhero tee-shirt ...
(psst, sort of a lame attempt Daddy, so next
year I'll have to help you with your outfit) ...
... and I even got a nice non-candy treat when I
ran into my good friends Nikki and Dan ...
... and concerning candy treats, I made out like a bandit ...
I didn't even have to get out of my ride to get candy ...
strangers would bring it straight to me ...
... but it's also fun to walk up to the doors to see all of the
scary decorations and people ...
... well, there were some people that went a little
bit overboard with all the scary stuff ...
... but, Mommy always helped to remind me
that it's all just for fun ...
that it's all just for fun ...
... and what a super fun night it was!!!

House de Avery ...
Avery gleefully inspecting her marvelous
decoration of the living room
Sometime I just don't know how I do it all quite so well. Take my interior decorating skills for instance. Mommy and Daddy's tastes are just sooo boring and non-functional, whereas I like to spread all my things around and let all the colors of the rainbow runs absolutely wild. Just take a look at my handywork ...

Avery, The Great Master Painter ...
Avery beginning her first of many masterpieces ...
and in front of an audience, of course
I told my Great Grandma Lucille a little secret the other day. I told her about how I have been dreaming lately that I will grow up to be a great master painter someday. And then the funny thing was that she told me she had the exact same dream herself when she was a little girl, but she never had all the right tools necessary to work towards doing such. So the very next day, Great Grandma and Grandma Wendy brought over tons of paints, brushes, and an easel just my height and then told me to get started on my dream right away!!!

Lucy in the sky ...
Due to all the great wind we've been having lately, Mommy and I thought we would go flying in the backyard ... flying a kite, that is ...
Avery and Mommy preparing Lucy The Kite for take-off ...
... and then testing the current force of the wind
against Lucy's aerodynamics ...

... and then here we go ... get ready, get set ...
... and there she goes ... Lucy is flying up high in the sky ...
