Big Birthday Bonanza!!!!

My big birthday extravaganza started off with feeding Scout-No ...

  ... then a super long bike ride ...

 ... with time for climbing trees ...

 ... and taking plenty critical water breaks ...

  ... and then finishing with some yummy ice cream!!!

  Next I dived into some research ...

  ... looking into a theory I have on "lizard's gizzards".

  Now time for my official birthday party to start ...

  ... at least cool gifts sort of make up for having a  

"No friends" COVID birthday party ... Booo!!!

 

 Ok, we are closer than 6 ft, but this Segway-thing is hard!!!

  Even Avery needed help at first...

  ... and everyone tried it, even Grandma ...

 ... and Mommy?!?!? NO WAY!!!!

 Now cake-time ... or rather "exploding cake time"!!!!

  "Is this exploding candy ever going to end so we can EAT CAKE!!!!

  Now time to try my indoor gifts ...

  ... and everyone loves a pet-o-cur, even MOMMY!!!!

... but it's way more fun to play with someone like my big sister Avery!!!

Happy Quarantine Momma's Day!!!

For Mother's Day this year, we had a nice "social distanced" 

luncheon at Grandma Wendy and Grandpa Charlie's house 

(the fence was to keep Grandma Wendy from getting to close to us).

We even celebrated Mommy and Grandma Wendy's birthdays too

since we haven't been able to see each other much (due to COVID). 

 

We rode bikes all around their yard ...

... even Mommy rode bikes too!!!

I always beat anyone in any bike race!!!

We went round and round and ...

... round and round ...

... and round and round ...

... so many loops we stopped counting!!!

We also surprised Grandma Wendy with a 

huge birthday greeting at our favorite movie theater!!!

 

These COVID days are the worse but we are hanging in there!!!

How we have been spending our time "Quarantining"!!!

Bike riding is something we picked up on the first month of quarantine.

We go riding at a lot of different places.

I also started doing yoga with my mom. 

Avery's a party pooper though and won't do it with me, 

I don't really want her to anyway...

 

Hannah (Avery's best friend) needed to do something to 

"get out of the house" for her birthday.

I feel bad, they haven't seen each other for months (in-person, that is).  

So, Hannah's mom rented a stretch limo for them to ride all around town in.

 

Yeah....

All the adults made them stand there for a while while they took pictures. 

 

Hey look! Here's the first one.

Oh yeah, we also did some swimming.

And for some reason.....

My dad sneaks into Avery's room 

(where we sleep together, DON'T JUDGE) 

and thinks it's funny to take cute pictures of us sleeping together.  

I don't know how, but I always end up flopped on top of Avery?!?!?

 

P.S.

Sorry is I sound bored, but Covid-19 has really been hard on us all.

To pass the time during months of quarantine, we would ...

... go out on long walks with Stella 

(Scout-No can't go on walks anymore) ...

 

... go on great hikes ...

... especially after it rained ...

... and all the snow was melting ...

... creating tons of running water to play in, both in the mountains and ...

... down in the lower washes too!

We would go on long Oreo rides ...

... and would play with our Sir Hissy pet cockroach ...

... and concentrate for hours during work/school time at the table ...

... and work on gym routines with bar flips ...

... and new floor exercises ...

... and make new signs to help out at the barn!!!

And yes, we would occasionally get into sister fights ...

... but we would eventually make up after a short while!!!

We would still try to dress-up nice like 

when we where actually going to school ...

 

... even changing into different outfits for different hours of the day!!!

This was our "house quarantine" last day of school ...

not as exciting as being in school, but things could always be worse!!!
