Typical Day

Wow has life been super busy lately!!! It seems so hard to take a moment and update the blog, but I recently found some time to do just that! Here are some pictures over the course of a typical day ... particularly, a day where Avery doesn't have to go to school and we get to spend the entire day together ...

Exactly at 6:30am, it's time to get everyone up and going ...

... where first we have to brush our teeth ...
and our baby's teeth as well ...

... then we take our first poop of the day ...

... next, jump on the cell phone to get up-to-date on all my new
text/email/twitter/facebook/etc messages ...

... then it's finally time to go play outside ...

.... and ride bikes and pick flowers all around the yard ...

... when that gets old and boring,
it's time to come inside and play,
like on the tops of tables ...

... and then under tables as well ...

... and draw/make neat pictures and art ...
Avery made this one about what Daddy does at work ...

... also do some light reading ...

... and we even learn neat new stuff at home too ...
such as Mommy showing us how to sew!

And of course there are many many snack times!!!

Then it's nap time for everyone!!!

After napping, it's time to get dressed for the day to run around town ...

... such as go shopping ...

... or go swinging at the park ...

... or go to the dentist (yuck!) ...

... or stop for an ice cream treat (yea!) ...

... or even go to a fair and
get a neat face decoration!!!

 Then when night falls
it's time to start our bedtime routine,
such as painting our toenails ...

... and taking a bath (Mommy loves our company) ...

... lingering around the house afterwards
while drying off in our robes ...

... eat our favorite dinner (hot dogs!!!) ...

... even finding some time to
practice air guitar moves ...

... and finally reading stories right before bedtime ...
Good night, dogs.
Good night, room.
Good night, everyone everywhere.

Emery, that is exactly the same expression I have when taking a poop in the morning.
