We are going to "The Happest Place On Earth"?!?!??!?

Mommy and Daddy took us on a surprise trip to Disneyland and boy-o-boy, we were totally super surprised!!! Follow along on our adventure into the magical kingdom with friends ...

Tons and tons of sleepless excitement the night

before our big road trip out to see Mickey ...

... here is a video of us goofing around
on our long sleepless night ....

... at least on the road Emery could stretch

out and relax during the long car trip ...

... and Avery did too, as long as she had all her

accessories and animals for the trip!!!

After a whole day strapped down in the car, 
we burnt off some pent-up energy 
with our friends Gianna and Lexi ...

... we kids had so much fun that night 

Daddy came up with a little song about it ...

T'was the night before Disneyland, 
where the kids were just going nuts;

parents with headaches already, 
self medicating with full red sippy cups!!!

Today is the day!!!
Emery mapping out our first full Disneyland day ...

... and of course we used the safest stroller methods known!!!

We met a lot of the Disney crew, 

such as Minnie Mouse ...

... and Princess Sophie ...

... and a bouncing Tigger in Hundred Acre Woods ...

... and even Santa Clause was 

hanging around in Disneyland too!!!!

Our first ride of the day was The Flying Dumbo ... 

Mommy, with Avery as her copilot ...

... and our friend Lexi with her Mommy ...

... while Emery was not too sure what to 

think about for that crazy Dumbo ride!!!

The second ride, Spinning TeaCups, was 

something Emery was initially not too happy about ...

... that is until it started spinning and spinning 

and spinning and got us all super-duper dizzy ...

... well, Avery felt that the super-duper 
spinning was just a wee-bit too fast!!!

All the kids were super gung-ho into exploring everything ...

... we took trains everywhere 
and saw the whole park ...

 

... sometimes even choosing to just go around in a circle to see 

the same thing over and over and over again!!!

We even took boat rides into mysterious and magical worlds ...

... such as "It's A Small World"!!!

We next headed into outer space to shoot at invading aliens ...

... then climbed into the Swiss Family Robinson's

tree-house camp and kitchen ...

... there were tons of fun stuff to do like 
climbing ropes and turning cranks ...

... and even playing on tons of makeshift musical instruments!!!

Then it was off for some real road racing ...

... Daddy had his feet on the petals

(since ours didn't really reach)!!!

But every now and then, 

someone needed to stop for a break ...

... and sometimes even needed 
to be carried for awhile ...

... although that always quickly 
spread to all the kids!!!

Then it was time for the big town parade, so

we relaxed on the sidewalks and watched ...

... dancing snowmen ...

 
... dancing Clarabelle Cow ...

... Mickey and Minnie Mouse ...

... Goofy being goofy, 
with Pluto stuck up on the roof ...

... waving Princess Elsa ...

 ... dancing Princess Anna and Olaf ...

... and even a close-up of Santa!!!

Then we went to "Cars" Town where 
there was so much bright neon ...

... we had to put our sunglasses on ...

... and hats to block out all of those colorful lights!!!

And we went on crazy Cars rides in super big floating tires ...

... Daddy and Emery zooming all around ...

... everyone was cruising everywhere!!!

And then as nighttime started, 

we all knew what it was time for ...

... the Magical Kingdom of Lights and Fireworks!!!

There were tons and tons of crowds, 
all waiting around for the big fireworks show,

so time for pictures of ...

... "tired of standing around" parents ...

... special "Daddy and Daughter" moments ...

... and then one of all these crazy kids!!!

Waiting around for the fireworks show 

had a strange effect on all the kids ...

... the "crashing-hard dead-tired" effect!!!

Emery even passed out in the stroller both nights!!!

A super fun Disneyland Christmas trip with great friends!!!

Avery super excited by an unexpected Nikki and Dan visit!!!

Being around Nikki is always tons of fun ...

... Avery always has a blast ...

... and Emery even gets sucked in by the Nikki effect!!!

There is always tons and tons of fun things to do, 
such as playing ping-pong ...

... and hitting some miniature-golf balls!

And no way Nikki could escape before 
watching us ride good ol' Sparky!!!

When Nikki is around, 
it's always the BEST TIME EVER!!!!!

Happy Thanksgiving!!!

We had the best Thanksgiving ever! Watch how our weekend full of surprises unfolded ...

Thanksgiving first started out with tons of snow?!??!!

(ok, it was just fake snow, but super fun none the less)

 Then a surprise visitor, the one-and-only Auntie Em!!!

 We even got to run around pretending to be reindeer ...

 ... one of us was more a goofy reindeer than the other!!!

We had a great Thanksgiving Day feast, 

starting with a toast to the turkey ...

... although Avery didn't really care for turkey meat this year!!!

After the great feast, it was time to burn off some energy ...

... first, the parade of flying brooms ...

... next, an interpreted free-flowing dance sequence ...

... with amazing vocals ...

... spectacular theatrics ...

... tons of full body gestures ...

... and super high jumps ...

... plus lots of audience participation!!!

After the finale, big hugs from our biggest fan ...

... who is also our favorite jungle gym ...

... that we get to climb up on and all over ...

... and bounce on (even when it hurts) ...

... since Auntie Em is the absolute best Auntie ever!!!

And then as usual after all of that wildness get released, 

someone get a boo-boo (a rather large one this time),

but at least Auntie Em was there to make it all better!!!
