... and voila, a perfect whimsical fairy!!!

Although sometimes even perfect fairies act like little devils!!!

Water Fun Summer Time!!!

It's been a great swimming season this summer! I wish we could swim every day!!!

Emery enjoying the outdoor splash-pad fun-park ...

... while Avery is ecstatically jumping 

through the water fountains!

At swim class, water play is definitely more structured ...

... with proper technique and discipline emphasized ...

... for building up core swimming principles ...

... although, we get to jump and have fun sometimes too!!!

And practice makes perfect, 

especially when we graduate to higher classes ...

... and then go celebrate with ice cream afterwards!!!

Happy July 4th!!!

We had a blowout Independence Day party with tons of swimming, tons of food, tons of friends, and tons of fireworks!!!

Here is a video of Emery's all-of-the-sudden surprise of swimming across the pool!!!

 Then as night fell, it was time for fireworks ...

 ... tons of crazy "get out of the way" fireworks ...

... with a huge display of colors and explosions ...

... followed by the big mess clean-up of spent fireworks garbage!!!

Then it was time to watch real large-scale professional 
fireworks from our front yard!!!
