Ode' to my best friend, Boobie

I came up with a little song the other day while I was snacking in honor of my best best friend in the whole wide world, Boobie. I sing it in the tune of "Wooly Bully" by Sam the Sham & the Pharaohs, (get the tune here http://www.songfacts.com/detail.php?id=4366 ) ... hope you like it ...

Ode' to my best friend, Boobie ...

One, two, three, four
All right
Watch it, watch it
Say there

I have this best friend ...
Who's big and fun ...
And she feeds me milk ...
Any time I want.

Boobie Boobie, Boobie Boobie ...
Boobie Boobie ...
Boobie Boobie ...
Boobie Boobie.

When I get to see her ...
She gets me so excited ...
We play fun games ...
And I nap on her too.

Boobie Boobie, Boobie Boobie ...
Boobie Boobie ...
Boobie Boobie ...
Boobie Boobie.

Hey watch it now ...
Watch it, watch it

She's so so great ...
She even smells like mommy ...
I just can't get enough ...
Lets play all day.

Boobie Boobie, Boobie Boobie ...
Boobie Boobie ...
Boobie Boobie ...
Boobie Boobie.

You got it, you got it ...
Yeaahhh ...

Mommy wins big ...

I think this was the busiest weekend I've ever had since leaving the spa (ahh, those good ol' days). We went to some type of large and loud arena (twice over three days) where I heard people yelling all sorts of crazy stuff, even mommy's name a number of times. Was she on Oprah or something? I heard it had something to do with getting a phd, but what does that mean anyway? I'll have to google it later ... anyway, even with all of that noise I still was able to just kick back and relax and get some good sleep time ... I just love my very cozy peach chair that straps me in nice and tight ..."coo" ...

What does "first doctor's visit" mean? ...

So, where are we now? ... And why does this place smell like that other place, the one I stayed at for a few days after leaving the spa? Hey, what are you doing to my clothes? There are people around that I don't exactly know, so please put my clothes back on, mom! Oh no, not the diaper too? Oopsy ... you got me all excited and everything ... but then you did ask for it ... and sorry lady, didn't mean to make such a mess in here, but remember that I'm only 2 weeks old and you have to look out when the diaper comes off. So, who's this lady anyway and what's she doing with that piece of sharp metal in her han .... "waaaa waaa waaaa waaaa waaa" ... what the heck was that and why is there red stuff all over my foot ... "waaa waaa waaa". Mercy, mercy, me, please stop squeezing that red stuff out of my foot ... you, you barbarians! Oh the horrors of our current medical system's antiquated ways ...

Introductions all around ...

After meeting mommy and daddy (in person rather than thru the walls of the spa), I got to see others that I've only heard before ...

Where has my Spa home gone?

I'm still not sure what exactly occurred, but I don't think I'm in the same place I was at for the last few days. Everything is still just a blur (literally, since I can't see, smell, or hear much of anything) and all I know is that I was getting poked and prodded by all sorts of different people for days, where now there are only two people around, mommy and daddy.

"Scout-No" with Avery

It's weird, but it all feels like home without the spa ... I still hear "Scout-No" a lot and "Meow, meow, meow, meow, ..." just like when I was in the spa. Maybe someday mom or dad will explain this all, but as long as they seem happy and ok, all is right in my world.

Scrappy with Avery

Now I hope this isn't true, but I'm not even sure that mom and dad are that smart though since they seem to be struggling somewhat with just sleeping normally ... you know, like in 2 hour increments all throughout the day. And they don't even know how to communicate with me ... like who doesn't know that "waaa, waa, wa" means to feed me and "waa, waa, waa" means to hold me. Duh? They have so much to learn ...
